Present owner since 2001 when he added a new dodger & sailcover,replaced the high pressure fuel lines,new steele cradle,stripped bottom & refaired keel joint and painted 5 coats of Interprotect epoxy barrier coats + 2 coats of Micron CSC antyfouling paint(05),replaced lifelines & fittings,replaced upper line in cockpit with 1" S/S tubing,installed dripless shaft seal and replaced sections of teak toe-rail.Roller furling foresail and dbl reef and partial batten mainsail.Danforth anchor with 10'chain and 200' rode. Interior cushions re-done(01),standard lay-out with 1/4 berth,hot/cold pressure system,2 burner propane stove with oven,dbl s/s sinks,icebox with new 2007 electric drain pump and new teak and holy floor boards.
